THE FOUNDER — PERF. STUDIO

Built from a quiet frustration I couldn't ignore.

PERF. didn't begin with a dream of starting a perfume brand. It began with a frustration that quietly followed me through everyday life.

I've always loved fragrance. It's the final step before I leave the house, the thing that makes me feel most like myself. But while I loved wearing perfume, I rarely loved carrying it.

"Beautiful perfume bottles were designed to stay at home. Portable fragrance was designed to be functional. I couldn't find anything that felt like both."

As my days became busier, moving between work, dinners and weekends away, I wanted my fragrance with me. What I found always felt like a compromise — plastic atomisers, rollerballs and gift-set miniatures. Nothing that felt like the real thing. Nothing that felt like me.

So I made it.

A proper fragrance, in a proper bottle, designed from the beginning to go wherever life takes you. The same concentration. The same quality. A magnetic cap that stays securely closed in your bag. Thirty milliliters — enough to matter, small enough to always be with you.
